Return Ripoff

I purchased shutter from this online store that offered FREE shipping. I rejected the shutters to find out that they charged me 35% restocking fee plus 20% fee for rejecting the shutters. Their response was that i should have read the return policy. This is no way to do business and this is down right wrong. I am checking to see if there is any legal action that can be done against so called businesses that do this kind of return policy and can get away with this. They take advantage of the consumer by taking half of the purchase price? They need to be stopped! Buyers Beware.
