Allen Smith is the manager of the real state. He had promised me that help me with my home loan modification. The process did take almost three years, my loan modification was rejected two times. Now I'm trying to get my money which he asked me for $3500 at the beginning of my loan modification. He said if I give him the money for sure my work will be done and if not done he is going to pay it back. Now every time i send him emails he didn't respond back. I have copy of his policy which stated money will be paid back in case of not work out. I need your help desperately because right now i have financial difficulty and your help will be greatly appreciated.
