In January I won an auction for a coffee machine ending bib was around £13.00 plus the £1 bet. I was told to claim my prize I would have to send a copy of my driving licence or passport and a photocopy of both sides of my credit card. And sign a form. I was then told I would have to scan these details over to them. I immediately regretted entering my card details. I read on and noticed that if I did not send my details within a certain period I would no longer be entitled to the goods. I presumed that If I did not send the forms I would not be charged for the good. However today 24/02 they have taken the money out of my account. I have emailed them requesting my money back or the coffee machine to be delivered. I will not hold my breath
