I too cannot get in touch with customer service. I ordered my item at $256.55 and it still has not been shipped out yet. I have contacted them several times using 877-733-2363 and left messages. I have also emailed customer support to ask when my item will be shipped. Still no response since Tuesday, February 21st. When ordering I thought this was a safe choice as I always check ratings. I feel I have been scammed! I will never shop through them again.
