Samsung washer, dryer purchased 7/30 (cost over $2,000)
chrome stripes replaced 8.9 because of bleeding on both. May chrome started bleeding on washer - wrote Geesung Choi will do nothing because it is out of warranty and cosmetic.in October I wrote again stating the door (washer) was pithing and turning green, dryer did the same thing. My letter was returned unopened. Dec wrote Samsung Elec. With documents and picture of washer & dryer Certified Mail-and to this date 2 have not heard from them and never been ignored by a company. The whole world should be told how they treat their customers!!!
