I agreed to a free trial of wrinkle reducing cream for £5.95. Trial
period being 18 days. If I wasn't satisfied at the end of that time I
agreed to pay for the trial sample. The end of the trial period date
was the 14th February, but they had alreadytaken £54.95 out of my
account on the 13th. The product did nothing for me and I was
about to email them, because they ask you for your comments,
but then I saw what they had done. Perhaps I was late in getting
back to them, but they obviously had no intention of honouring
their original terms.
