I ordered a free sample of a wrinkle cream advertised on Facebook from Radialabs. I paid the shipping charges with my credit card and have since been charged $74.95 twice for this product, actually receiving a second "sample" with a $74.95 paid invoice. I did not order more than the original sample. I tried to call numerous times only to have an automated answering machine pick up but never have anyone come on the line. I have reported the charges as fraudulent to my credit card company and mailed complaints to Radialabs, to which there has been no response.
