Radialabs advertises 30 day "free" trial of a wrinkle cream on their website. I received my "free" trial ($3.95 S&H) 3 days after ordering. The propoganda tells you in order to get the full benefit from the "product" you must use it for at least 30 days.
After 21 days usage I called the phone number to cancel further shipments. All I got was a recording that said something like "operator 43"with no opportunity to leave a mesage. With detective work I was able to find another number and cancelled further shipments, although he tried to get me to agree to an extension but I refused.
I was enraged when I received my next bank statement to find a $74.95 debit 18 days after receiving my "free" trial. I called the same number and spoke with a woman who told me that I agreed to the debit when I ordered by checking a box. I told her I hope she gets a good night's sleep knowing that she works for a company that lies and extorts money from hardworking people.
No refund forthcoming because I did not notify them within the 18 day period in spite of the promised 30 day free trial. The $74.95 was for the initial product since I did not notify them in a timely manner.
Thanks goodness I have not been continually debited. Reading others experience I am thankful for that. I wish I ad read usacomplaints.com before ordering the product.
I would not recommend doing business with these low life scam artists.
