I ordered from a promotional ad on FB, a one-time only purchase. The cost was £4 shipping. Since then I have had several debits from my account, in increasing amounts. I have had 4 such transactions this month already. I have been unable to contact these people on-line or on the customer service phone number for the UK. This is still on-going, but I did contact my bank to stop it, but that, it seems, is not a straightforward process either!
