Unauthorized debits from account/no help without member number / states one time only debit/stated A rating with BBB/son unable to cancel membership

Helping my son. Three way recorded call promised one time debit for membership. Had a trial time and if cancel membership before the dead line get reimbursed. Stated A rating with BBB. Son cancel in the trial time. Unable to set up Web Site.
No reimbursement given have been being debited from Smart Living Company 39.95 a month since April and EMerchant Company 29.95 since 05/03. Never mentioned a double debit in the initial phone call. Verified both companies are associated with each other. Both have same phone number.
Tried calling both companies in regards to the debits and to stop the debits. No help without a member number even though it is my debit card. Stated it is fraud and need to talk to your bank. They won't stop debiting my account. Have had to get new debit card, file a dispute with my card.
My son can't even get through to them, won't assist him either. When he canceled stated they would reimburse me. Don't do this. It will cost you just like it has cost me.
Companies will not assist to stop the debits, will not even help verify any information, lie on the phone.
At the time I had no computer or internet so I was unable to check company on line. I felt reluctant to do this, should have stuck with my gut feeling.
