On November 9, Mike Yochem, the owner of Matinee Advertising accepted a check for advertising services to be provided to E & D Car Care Center of Orange Park, FL. The check was cashed immediately and by the end of November, still no services were provided.in December, I spoke with Mike, telling him that we at E & D Car Care no longer desired his services due to the longevity of non service and he said he was out of town and when he returned he would reimburse us our money.in January he also stated we would receive our money. On February 6 he stated we would have our money. Again on February 22, we left message and today on February 23, you said we would have our money. You did not provide our service that we paid for. We gave you a good check and you gave us bad service. We want our money returned. Our check was good and your service was NOT.
