Magic Jack would not honor their word, they cut my already paid service because they sai I owe money for another number a paid number can't be cut services because they say so

I bought several Magic Jack devices and had not problems at all. Lately I bought the new one were you don't have to use a computer, they said that they would charge you after 30 days, but they did right away as it appear in my bank statement. Now. They stop my phone service for my 2 numbers, even though on of them is paid and will expire on 12/21 and stated tha they will not honor my sertvice until I pay for the another one. How can they stop one full paid service that is already paid off because they say that I didn't pay for the other one??? They say that the service is free, but in the advertising they say that you pay so much a month.

The issue here is that they will not refund any money for the remaining 7 months of service that they are refusing to provide even though it is paid for. Can they just do what they want and stop providing services because they feel like? If a service is paid for, the company has the obligation to provide the service, not to stop because of another number issue.

What can we do to get these people to stop lying and misleading people with false advertising and not providing phone numbers to contact them or real adresses to submit them with real and effective legal issues. The hide behind a chat where they will just refuse to provide an effective solutin to customers concerns.

Hopefully there will be enough concerns to have this people to abide by the law or to compensate their customers for their misleading advertising and lies and to resolve customer issues with real customer care representatives.
