Calls Every Day And No Mail About The Debt

I see Asset Acceptance on my caller ID every day. I have read that they sue people who don't even know about it. They say that they have served you with an order to appear in court and then they get a judgement against you. Does anyone have any ideas on how to handle this

I have not received any mail from them just these calls.
