Natiowide is on your side? That slogan is a joke and not true. Im not usually a complainer and this is the first complaint I have ever written before on the web. I returned home from a trip to find that Nationwide had cancelled my insurance on my house. They said I should have a railing installed. I received the letter after my return from my trip I was only away for two weeks. I called them to se if they would give me more time to fix the railing but thay refused to give me more time. They said they were legally within the right a 10 day notice is all they have to give to cancel the policy. It might be legal but its very unfair to cancel a persons insurance without giving them enough time to fix the problem or have time to find another insurance company. Last year I was in the Joplin Tornado and I had some loses my home was distroyed. I wonder if this is why they wouldn't give me time to correct the railing. Phil Ok.
