Almost Ruined Vacation!

I was looking for a cheap Mexican getaway. I found a 6 day / 5 night stay at Villa Del Palmar for $399 thru this company. I was told construction would be complete at time of travel. I read the terms and conditions, (certain age requirement, not retired, make at least $50,000/year and attend a 90 min. Presentation. I e-signed the form, agreeing to those terms. On Jan 13, I receive an e-mail stating that the resort has decided to opt out of excepting guest that are or will be retired upon arrival. Neither my husband nor I are not. Several phone calls and e-mails. Problem fixed. Less than a week later, I receive a phone call stating that we don't meet the income criteria. We do.in the middle of a blizzard, I send proof of income to a man in California because Fun and Sun Getaways gave me the wrong fax! After several phone calls again (!), problem fixed. On Feb 15, the NIGHT before we are to fly out, Fun and Sun calls to say we don't meet the income criteria and the trip will be canceled. I demanded to talk to a manager "Jeff" and he said "don't worry, everything will be ok." After arriving home, I see I had an e-mail from Sun and Fun Getaways on Feb 16 (already in the air), stating "Urgent Matter, We require your immediate assistance. Please call our customer service at 1-888-481-9660 so we can process your reservation. We look forward to speaking to you and finalizing your vacation arrangments." I have not called them.
