Wrong Reservation

I paid for and got confirmation to travel to the Temptation Resort in Cancun. Today i called the resort and they said they had no reservation under my name or the confirmation number IMS provided me. When I called IMS they said they booked me on a different resort. I paid them money and I agreed to go on a presentation under the understanding I was going to stay at an adult only resort in Cancun. Thats why I picked them. I have already paid for my flight which is in two days and a don't have a reservation at the Temptation Resort as agreed. Now they want to place me at the Villa del Palmar which is still under construction, is in an isolated place with no night life, and has poor reviews by others that have stayed there.
