Selling Damaged Used Phones as New!

The Manager refused to return or exchange a damaged phone even after admitting that the phone was not working, claiming that he is not the one selling it. After multiple attempts and bounced around from one seller to another we still have no answer and we are stuck with a non working new phone! And 223.19$ lost! This does not look like a professional business. What a shame and disgrace.
