The watch in question was sold on 12/18 for $2150. The Brokerage Agreement that was signed on 10/17 in which you agreed to pay WatchBrokers.com a commission fee of 24% or $516, resulting in a net balance of $1634.

We wish to direct your attention to the “Payment of Price Offer” paragraph on page 1 of the Brokerage Agreement’s terms.in this paragraph, you expressly acknowledged that the net balance due to would “be remitted to by WatchBrokers.com within six (6) months of” the sale. Accordingly, WatchBrokers.com is in full compliance with the Brokerage Agreement and the net balance due will be paid in accordance with WatchBrokers.com’s ordinary business practices, but no later than 6/18, which is six months from the sale date.

WatchBrokers.com regrets that you have developed an unfounded belief that WatchBrokers.com has not complied with its agreements. We trust that this response and its explanation responds to your concerns.
