Submitting False Info to Credit Agencies

This is the second time they are doing this to me. I really don't know how to handle it anymore. I called to tell them I'm moving and need my gas shut off. They say OK. Months later they are harassing me with phone calls to pay my gas bill. They are reporting to the credit bureaus that I don't pay my gas bill. They send gas bills, for gas I don't use since I moved, to my old address at which I obviously do not check my mail at. When I called, they said they will look into it and call me back. No one called back! Now, again, an automated phone call disturbs my morning HARRASING me about this gas bill that's not even mine. I moved six months ago.
