Bought 70 inch Sharp TV Oct within 45 dys HDMI inputs not working however TV working fine thru component cables. Once tech came out to replace HDMI inputs TV stop working all together. Tech came out 2nd time to replace power supply unit and TV wouldnt even come back on. Tech says defective TV should be replaced however again we don't have a working TV as of today. Everyone Best Buy and Sartor Service Ctr has given us the run around. We are being told the same thing over and over meanwhile, no TV. It's ridiculous to have spent the kind of money we did and have no TV to watch. I hope this complaint defers others from purchasing any major appliances from Best Buy (too large of a corporation to receive this type of customer service).
