Replace A/c unit

I called this company, because i needed my air duct clean. Recently a professional came to my home to look at it, he was from Florida A/C. His name was Roi, he show and told me that there were mold growing and my A/C was 20 year old, it needed to be replace.
I ended up paying $4320 to replace the whole unit. On may 25th they started replacing the A/C unit, two days after the unit stop working. I call them back, and they send someone to check at the unit, he said that the problem might be because of the air pressure. When he left the A/C was working only for one day then it stop again. I call them again, this time they send me another tech and my A/C was working but for only two days. Then i call again, this time they told me they will send the tech to come on the next day June 3 between 2 to 6 pm, but we waiting from 2:00pm until 7:00 pm The tech call me, to said that he will call the office, but he didn't tell me if he will come or not. Then i waiting until 7:30pm, nobody call to let me know if someone will come or not so i call back to the office and they told me the tech said that it was to late now he was not able to come. Than i ask them if someone can be at my house tomorrow June 4, the answer was they don't know.
My family stay without no A/C on hot air 86 degree for 3 days already. I have a paralyze Husband and two kid one 6year old and the other one 15 years old. I don't know when they will come to fix my A/C and when this problem will be fix. I already pay for them.
