Found this site when looking for wedding dresses, found a perfect little dress that I loved and ordered it.

While ordering the dress, two other orders appeared for the same dress under my account as the ordering process was a little faulty and you couldn't cancel any order.

I emailed the company about this to no response even though they promised within 24 hours response.

After no answer, I emailed again and yet again, no answer.

Finally, I got tired almost a month later with nothing changing, so I emailed them to stop all orders, tried the online chat, which doesn't work, and called several times, where it just rings and goes to a busy signal.

I'm currently waiting for VISA to refund the money and to stop any more from this site.

Hopefully this group gets shut down as they also have other sites with the same set up and same number, so obviously committing other scams.
