Do not use their service. This is one sh*t of a company. This has been built just to catch the card numbers and keep charging them monthly no matter how many requests you make to cancel the membership. As many others have complained on this forum, I used their service for just one vin history. After this no matter how many times you call, they keep giving reasons that system is down, or even they say service is cancelled, you wont get email confirmation if service is cancelled. You will realise after a month that they have charged again!!! This goes on for couple of months and then they offer you a 50% of only LAST month charge. What an unethical moron company. Looks like only way to get rid of them is to close my bank account.
