Order Never Received - Longchamp Bags

I ordered for longchamp bags for which my credit card was charged 300 dollars but the bags never arrived. Its more than 90 days. I have sent several follow up mail but no result. I would like to get my money back by the earliest.
I was told a complain ticket is opened more than a month again I am still waiting.
