There have been unauthorized credits to my visa for many months. I didn't notice it at first because I also give a lot to charity, etc, so my visa always has a lot of postings. I was receiving shipments from Hydroxatone and Beleplex... Shipping charges were made, I thought, for those products. However, although I had trouble stopping the shipments from that company, I am still being charged shipping through ic*shipping.com.
Hydroxatone advised me that they have stopped all shipments as of last Oct... Although I had cancelled in August... And said that those shipping charges are not from their company and gave me the e-mail address for your company.
I have e-mailed numerous letters to your company and still the matter is not resolved. Apparently I had signed up for this??? When I was a customer of Bactium... And was told that I was refunded twice for not receiving the product from that company. I would have to go back a long way to see when that was... Definitely a few years back. I believe that you are charging me through Hydroxatone... That's when the charges started appearing again... I thought it was Hydroxatone charging me... That amount every. Month is certainly not freeshipping in my books. I am not a company, I am an individual and I seldom order from companies online... Other than a couple of trusted companies.
Please resolve this matter asap. I am not getting the response I require from your customer support group.
