Last year in March I ordered the product. I had ordered the trial for free with shipping of $6.99. I cancelled the ordered subsequently because we had to pay the customs in Canada and it was way over my budget then. They still sent me the next order and charged my credit card. I sent it all back. It still cost me the customs and the shipping charges. They kept charging my credit card for a long time. After complaining they don't refund you the money and expect the problem to go away by itself. Financially a very depleting experience and the product, the trial offer I used was nothing much to write home about. You could buy a dollar store product and it will do the same. I am a very disappointed customer.
