Just want to let everyone know that I sent an email to the company who charged me for this programme (ZX57@GMX.com) and explained what happened to me. I asked politely if they would consider having the charge to my credit card reversed. Within a few days I received an answer which said the reversal would appear within 10 working day. The last online statement has shown a reversal of the full amount. I intend to send a big thank you to them. So it's worth a try.
