I ordered the trial for $4.95. A couple of weeks later they took $109.42 out of my account without authorization and without sending a product. I called, cancelled my order, sent the trial back (that was unopened and unused) and then they sent me an email stating they are refunding $94.42. Excuse me but that is $19.95 less than what I paid for. I want the entire amount refunded. What a scam. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, that's my next step!
