Like so many of the others stated before, we were contacted by this company as well. They had also stated that they were contacting us to confirm a cancelation. They recorded our responses to the questions they asked us to confirm cancelation. We told them we had never ordered and did not want any part of their service. Convienently, they have now used those recorded responses to fill in their new order/request to start service. We have also received an invoice in the amount of
$599.99 (Including the $200.00 discount???) and it is dated Oct. 17, when the inital call came in. We have been badgered and threatened to be turned over to collections if we do not pay their invoice.
