Price keeps rising from 19.99$ to 650.00$ over the phone. The operator keeps adding. For instance. The shipping adds if you agree, then they add more components untill the whole set has to be bought or untill arrival to the sum of 650.00$ is forced into the customer for final approval {this final approval never happens if their offer is declined;somehow the credit card is found faulty.
