I was given a telephone number 1-202-607-2068 (call made from phone number 202-470-0726 the guy gave his name as Augustine) They said they worked for the government and I was selected to receive an $8000 grant free of charge because I paid my bills on
time and did not have a criminal record. When I call the 607-2068 number I got the invalid number recording. So I calledx the other number back and the guy answered Gary Goodwin. He was wanting permission to take $124 out of my bank account. I told him Augustine told me I had to pay nothing. I told him I have a negative balance in my account and ask why he could not take it out of the grant money. He became outraged aND SAID "forget it" and hung up on me.
