This is a very smooth talking, at first easy going answering service who tried to control our phone lines who will quote you one price and then run your bill up with frivolous conversation

Call Experts Answering Service at first will be very pleasent and nice to get you to sign documents stating one price to get your credit card. They will also try to get you to bring your main # under their control we were not sure why these request were made but boy did we finally find out. We had several people to call up our main # to act as a customers to simply redeem a coupon they had bought online, several of our callers were told about the deals that had been offered online again, prices were discussed, frivolous conversation which had nothing to do with taking care of the business at hand and getting off the phone so we would not be charged for wasteful minutes and when we recieved the rediculous bill we realized what they were up to. The very pleasent & nice turned into Mafia like threats of calling up the customers we sold online and telling those customers we would not pay this inflated bill they had drummed up from saying just enough to keep customers calling back to run up the bill, turning off the service to shut down communications from customers calling in, when we confronted the owners about our findings they accused us of not wanting to pay the bill (the one thing they were right about is we do not want to pay a bill we don't feel we created. They refused our offer and told us in a text to them never contact them again we intend to keep them to that promise.
