August 8, NEWSMAX FINANCE INTEL RPT 888-7667542FL charged our credit card $5.00 for sample copies of several newsletters. We sent a written notice to CANCEL written in red felt tip pen on the envelope as well as on their invoice, as we were not interested in subscribing. Newsmax used our credit card info to enter a subscription, notwithstanding. This first charge was reversed. However they entered another subscription to another newsletter. NEWSMAX has ignored our second complaint and will not even respond. Or latest CC statement shows that they have no apparent intention to honor our request to remove this second charge and remove us from their database.
