I did the same thing as everyone else. I paid the $1.99 USD to get to a file. Althought I did see the automatic upgrade notice, there was a place to check to TURN OFF the automatic upgrade. I DID that and was still charged $69.95.
I called the phone number listed on my checking account (Avongate) and they told me that I had to go through the company Media Crawler and the only way to get in touch with them was email??? Bull-$! Tt!!!
I'm going to call this Avongate number again and see if I can push them to refund since they are the ones listed on my bank account.

We need to do something about this company!!!
