Ordered flowers online for valentines day delivery. Now its 2/16 and still no flowers. When you send an email to the company you get an auto response that gives you a $40.00 discount on your next purchase. Yeah I'd use them again! Tried to call several times and you get all circuits busy. I actually got to a represenative today and as soon as she pulled my order number and I was asking for a refund. We were disconnected and now the message is back that there phone systems are down..
