Residential Law Center acted as a representative of Obama's, Home Affordable Modification Program (H.A.M.P.). I explained my hardships as: Being forced to retire after the shooting death of a co-worker on our campus site. 2006 Applying for disability, which was honored in 2009.in the interum I was diagnosised with Agoraphobia and P.T.S.D. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).in Jan. I was diagnosed with Chronic Myloid Leukemia. (cancers are caused from extreme stressful situations), and Drug related Hepititus due to chemo drugs. I also have a form of Scleroderma which is also exhauserbated due to extreme stress and Raynaud's Disease.

I sale collections owned by me, which I have provided Profit/Loss sheets for. All bankstatements from February - February. Showing deposits from those sales.

I manage a rental building in Richmond, CA for my mother and collect wages monthly, for a total of $500.00. All 500.00 deposits are shown on the bank statements sent to RLC. Also, P/L sheets were needed for my employment and sent. Plus, a copy of my mothers Rental Agreement between my mother and her renter. A letter from my mother, and a copy of a check from her renter. These things have nothing to do with my employment.

Michael Hurst at RLC continually insisted I owned rental property. After 12 months of working with the same client he still insisted I send in papers of rental property I don't have, (it belongs to my mother).

I also receive a pension check.

I can no longer continue in this manner, my health is deterorating, not to mention the extreme anxiety brought on by Residential Law Center, not because they are ignorant of my hardships, but because they obviously are not qualified (taking advantage of the Nations crisis) to help anyone with the Modification process.

They took $2,700.00 of my monies, under false pretenses, representing themselves under Obama's H.A.M.P. Program. They will now come after me for the remaining $100.00 stated in their contract.
