I was contacted by a Terry Burton at Travel Options who sold me a package for $188 to stay in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Daytona in Florida. I never received the package promised in the mail. When I reached someone in customer service, she took my reservation and said someone would call me back. No one has. I have since contacted their customer service department, with the promise of a call back after it was "looked into." I still have not received a call. Now when I call, I get a busy signal or a "all circuits are busy" message.
