Received a call from UNRB offering a dental and donut hole drug plan. The plan would pay 65% of dental. When I went to the dentist on 2/14 I was told it did not pay 65%, only a minimal deduction.
I called the plan and the man who answered my call said he would straighten it out with my dentist. Call was never received so I called USRB again only to be hung up on. I believe his name was Nathan Marshall.
I was also told the plan was through AETNA so I called AETNA and was told this was not one of their plans. They also tried to call and got only a message. When I called a third time I also got a message.
I called my bank, Chase, to try and get my $150.00 back and they are working on that.
