I had my irs tax refund direct deposited I used my card a few times then they froze my account. They keep giving me the run around keep telling me to fax documents that I know they got 2 weeks ago. I want my money ASAP. They blocked my account so that I can't even call customer service. I have to call and select options for a new account just to speak to someone. They are shadt. If anyone knows how to get money back from account now please let me know
