Account now is trying to steal our money - ACCOUNTNOW...[Online banking]

We had our incometax refund direct deposited to my husband's account now card, it took 3 days after they received it for them to post it, we paid a few bills & bought some things we needed, then out of no where they froze our account: (we called numerous times & finally got ahold of someone the said we had to email a copy of my husbands I. D, ss card & a bill & they'd take the restriction off the card & that was last Friday we still have a restriction on our card, our rent is past due if we don't pay it by tomorrow we're getting kicked out, we have 4 kids I haven't been able to get to work for the past 2 days because there's no gas in the car: (more then likely I'm gonna loose my job!!!
If u need a pre paid debit card stay away from account now they are trying to steal people's money!!!
