I orders a pair of gucci eyeglasses from gucci newest, i made the order on the 25th of January. I didn't get a confirmation number until the 3th of febuary. When the glasses arrived there were not the pair I ordered. There was a big difference in the style. I've sent them a number of emails plus tried to call that 800 number and everytime I call there's no anwser. There's no replies to my email I've sent to the customer support. I'm very unhappy with gucci newest. I shouldn't have to make another order to get the right pair I orders @first? Can anyone help?
