After I palce an order to Gucci, tried to called so many time to the Customer Service to expedite my order for Sat. Deliver since I will be out of country and need the order with me. No one responded my calls, always lefe a voice messages; email to them, no responed either. Finally, got a live person to aswer the phone, she tell me: nothing she can do for me. I would like to know what's kind of the customer service then provide? Just went through the voice mail, that's it? No result?
