Rude Service by Manager & False Advertising

Purchased a chocolate milk shake and when it came it had whipped cream. I told the person who gave it to me that I did not want whipped cream since it makes me nauseated. She brought a new one and when I got home I realized that it did not taste like chocolate milk shake - it tasted like the whipped cream was mixed into the shake. I called 229-244-8060, the number on the receipt and asked for the manager. I told her that I had 2 complaints. When I aired the above complaint, she said that she personally made the new shake and did not mix in the whipped cream in an argumentative manner, then when I went to air the second complaint, she hung up on me. I tried several times to call back and no one answered the phone. The second complaint was I was charged $2.49 for a shake, then charged. 20 cents for chocolate. There was no indication on the price board that people had to pay additional money for a flavor. This is false advertising and rude service by a manager. I will not be giving Sonic any more business.
