Charges inflated late charges on Playa Grande maintenance fees $65 for 14 days late. Would not budget kept putting me on hold and coming back to say "You signed a Contract

I had been 2 weeks late on my preservation charge plus they charged me $65. I attempted to cause together and informed them that there's usually A - 30 day grace period.
