Fraud Changed my contract expiration date

My contract has ended this month oct 8th but they are now saying that I owe them $7,000 there are coming up with different story's. They first said that I was getting charge for not paying during the ten day period they said I was getting charge a daily interest rate. Now they are saying that I wasn't paying late fees when I was going over the ten days period but every time I wAs late I was making a $41 payment for the late fee and I do have my receipts proving that I was paying the late fees. Now they are saying my pay off is more than 7000 dollars when 8 months ago my pay off was about $8300 and ive been paying 835 dollar payments since 8 months ago please help I don't know what to do!
