A verbal contract no signature tells us the oil price would be 20 cents over dailey price ceiling price 3.98.9 if oil price went to 4.00 a gallon iwouldnt pay over 3.98.9 agall. 3 deliveries starting in july;3.98.9a gall. I sent them 332.00 a month since july my friends payed3.25 a gall.in july 3.35 in febuary2012 regional oil sayes if i break verbal contract it would cost us 300.00 dollors
