I received this product and tried to stop it on the last day of the trial period which is the date they charged me $84.87 so if they want to get technical they didn't even give me the 14 day trial period. Being it was a weekend when my trial ended they refused to refund this product even though it was unused and still in the packaging. When I brought this to their attention they said you will not receive any more but you will be charged for this and then they flat out hung up on me. I was patient and not upset, just expained that I was unable to get the the RMA# and cancel being they don't answer their phones on the weekend. I immediately called back again and talked to another person and she confirmed that it was cancelled but pay $84.87 and again she hung up. They will charge you on a weekend but they will expire your trial period if it lands on a weekend. Lesson be learned from being scammed. I am stopping payment and returning the product anyway.
