On January 13, I successfully purchased an insanity deal which was a Nikon Digital Camera. I even received the approved transaction page, they charged my bank account HOWEVER when I went into my order history the transaction shows failed. I submitted the documentation that included my bank record that clearly shows they deducted the money and the approval printout that shows I was approved for the transaction and as of today I am still getting the runaround. They told me I had to contact the promotions at promotions@nomorerack.com so I did and after 4 emails now, still no response so I reached out to customer service again and depending on who you talk to, I get a different response. I talked to Samuel and he said it was escalated but have heard nothing and it has been a month and then Ann responded just this morning and said that I need to keep contacting promotions until they respond. I don't understand how this company can get by with fraud. I asked them to provide me with the highest ranking member of management and obviously they never responded to that request. I am exhausted just trying to get this resolved. Does anyone know how I can file a complaint with their local governing agency? I also have another issue to explain. I made a purchase on 01/30 and cancelled it the same day. I still do NOT have the $107.00 refund today. They keep telling me give it another day or two, well that time quickly passed and still nothing. They said it takes 7-10 days and that time has passed so they asked me to send them my statement which is crazy so I did because I wanted to prove to them I still did not have the refund and I have yet to hear anything on that. How to we join forces to put an end to this deceptive and fraudulant activity this company is doing? Thank you for your time.
