I responded to an offer for vitamins online, I was careful not to tick any 'agree to t&c' box as it did cross my mind that this was a good offer, however if the product had been good I would have purchased further even at a higher price than the initial offer. The first tablets arrived with a huge customs charge of around £30 and no paperwork enclosed so I had no way to contact the company to advise of this customs charge and ask for a refund for this. I received a statement from my credit card company showing they have taken further money from my account. I called my credit card who advise that they will not refund even though they know this is a scam!!! So Warning here Marks and Spencer Credit card will not even let me cancel this card to avoid further charges being taken!!
