Shutterfly.com really bad customer service and scam on guarantee

Beware of 100% satisfaction guarantee promises from this company. They won't allow you to return your product unless if you pay to ship back your album for $10.00 to $15.00. That means that the guarantee is not 100%. The quality of the workmanship of the album was so poor. The paper they used was very thin. Just bad product with bad customer service. When I talked to their customer service people, none of them spoke reasonable English. THey had to transfer me 4 times and still could not find somebody that spoke 50% English. Don't be ripped off by this company. Stay away.
